2010 Texas State Fair Winners Congratulations to our members who entered and won the Texas State Fair Creative Arts Competition!

Barbara Throne took first place with this tall pot topped by a parrot

Andrew Schwarzfager took first place in Glazing with this crackle and gloss bottle . . . .

. . . . and honorable mention for this beautiful swirled jug.

Thea Patterson won a third prize ribbon in sculpture for her stoneware fish whistle and an honorable mention for her needlepoint frog pillow.
